Who Am I?

Years ago when I began my career in sales and marketing, my ex-boss (and mentor) told me "...if you like what you do, not only will you be successful, you will also enjoy life.
At that time, I did not fully understand what he meant, and did not really bother to ponder over it. I tried out several sales and marketing jobs thereafter.
Several years later, I decided to give the real estate career a try, and I have not looked back since! When I started out, I did not know a thing about selling or leasing a property. Slowly but surely, as I gained more knowledge in the real estate industry, I found it really challenging and the idea of helping people buy their homes, sell or rent out their investment properties brought me great satisfaction and sense of achievement, especially those who later became my good friends, and even joined me in the real estate business!
Now, after so many years, I can fully understand what my ex-boss had told me. I have been rather blessed to find a career that I truly love. Over the past years, I have helped hundreds of families realise their dreams of buying and selling their properties.
I don't believe in sales pitches... I believe in straightforward explanation. People are smart enough to make their own decision so long as they have all the necessary information. Hiding, misleading, not disclosing information etc will not help one find the right home nor sell the one you have. They will not help me to earn any income either.
I specialise in residential sales and rental and... I am professionally trained in the "Art of Negotiation" and I will always try my best to obtain 'best prices and terms' for my clients.
I care about making a difference... When a client appoints me to represent them, I know they trust me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they will make in their lifetime and that is something I take very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer friends & family to me because they know I will always do whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from 'start' to 'finish'.
In today's market, you need someone who knows what they are doing and confident enough to get the job done. I strongly believe that my knowledge of the real estate market, experience, negotiation skills, and ability to listen to clients' needs and desires (without imposing my own deadlines or demands) will be able to keep me ahead of my competition.
