1) I have a few tenants looking for a 3+1/4+1 or 5+1 at Landed Properties in Serangoon Gardens Estate.  Preferable good condition units with garden space.  A pool will be an added bonus (especially to my Australian tenants). Budget $1.8K - $5.5K.

2) I have many tenants looking for 2/3/4 bedroom condo units in D19 - Goldenhill, Golden Heights, Chuan Park, Chiltern Park, Springbloom, Amaranda Gardens, Kensington Park, Sunglade, Sunnydale etc (all around the Serangoon Gardens area).  Budget $1.4K to $3.5K.
